Data software company B&L Associates Inc. purchased a 12,000-square-foot office space in Sudbury for $1.7 million in August and will move its Natick headquarters to the new location, according to a release from R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. of Wayland, which brokered the deal.
The sale closed Aug. 31, according to the Southern Middlesex Registry of Deeds.
The property at 60 Union Ave. in Sudbury is assessed by the town at just under $950,000.
Built in 1965, the building was sold by a corporation registered to Stephen Grande III, a Sudbury lawyer. Stephen Grande, Jr. received a financing statement for the property in 1971.
B&L Associates has been operating since 1975 to provide data management for companies, per the firm’s website.
