Eye Surgeons of Worcester has merged with D’Ambrosio Eye Care, a practice with five offices across Central Massachusetts.
The two practices announced the merger this week. No financial details were disclosed.
“I am quite pleased to be able to bring a broader range of eye care and surgery services to my patients as well as patients throughout greater Worcester,” Dr. Alan Moss, who runs the Eye Surgeons of Worcester practice, said in a statement.
Eye Surgeons, which is now branded as a D’Ambrosio Eye Care medical practice, is located in an office building at 255 Park Ave. in Worcester.
D'Ambrosio Eye Care has locations in Acton, Athol, Gardner, Lancaster and Leominster. It now also lists the Worcester office of Eye Surgeons as one of its own.
Eye Surgeons was founded in 1979, and D'Amrosio Eye Care in 1984.
