Cutler Finishes Two School Projects

Cutler Associates of Worcester has completed two Florida school projects with a total price tag of $63 million.

Fivay High School in Port Richey is a 256,000 square foot, $49 million complex with six main buildings. It serves 1,910 students and includes classrooms, offices, a gymnasium, cafeteria and field house.

The school was designed by Florida’s Harvard Jolly Architects and is pending LEED certification.

The other project was a student services building at Hillsborough Community College’s Ybor Campus in Tampa. The 67,000-square-foot, $13.5 million building is Gold LEED certified. It was designed by Hunton Brady Architects of Florida.
