An 11,000-square-foot retail building on Route 9 in Framingham has been acquired for $3.4 million by a New Jersey retailer of blinds and shades.
The building was formerly home to a former Vitamin Shoppe and then a mattress store. Now, Blinds To Go will occupy the space.
It was sold by Ferri Corp., a Hudson entity with Edward Ferri and Peter Ferri listed as principles.
The building is in one of the most highly trafficked areas on Route 9, as it abuts Jordan's Furniture, is almost directly across the street from Shoppers World and a short drive away from the Natick Mall.
This property was listed by Dan Waldman of Waldman Associates and the buyer was represented by Ria K. McNamara of Retail Real Estate Advisors.
