Westborough-based energy services firm Conservation Services Group has hired Debra Hancher as Mid-Atlantic operations director.
Hancher is based at the firm’s Albany, N.Y. office, supervising finance managers and application support staff throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Hancher previously worked as operations planning and finance manager for Lockheed Martin Corp. in Maryland. Before that, she spent 17 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York City.
She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wells College in Aurora, N.Y. and an MBA in finance from New York University. She lives in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
