Westborough-based energy services firm Conservation Services Group has hired three new human resources professionals, Donna M. Angelico, Kevin C. Farrell and Sharon L. Gilbert, and promoted Maureen K. Huffam to senior vice president.
Angelico is filling the newly created position of director of human resource operations. She will be responsible for creating nationwide programs and policies for the firm.
Angelico has more than 20 years of HR experience, including serving as senior HR business partner and interim HR director at Caritas Christi Health Care in Boston. She has also worked in HR for Bank of Boston, Computervision and Digital Equipment Corp., and ran her own consulting practice. She has a bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. She is originally from Auburn and now lives in Dover.
Farrell is the new director of learning and development, making him responsible for the firm's professional development programs. He moved to CSG from Fidelity Investments, where he was director of learning technology, leadership and organizations development in the HR department. He has a bachelor's degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. He is originally from Grafton and lives in East Walpole.
Gilbert fills the new position of director of recruitment, making her responsible for attracting candidates, promoting HR training programs and developing recruiting guidelines. She previously spent seven years at Savvy Staffing Solutions in Worcester, and has also worked for New Boston Select Staffing. She has a bachelor's in business administration from Framingham State College. She lives in Framingham.
Huffam started at CSG in 2008 as senior director of HR. Before that, she was HR director of Shriners Hospital for Children in Boston. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She lives in Framingham.
