Crossbeam Systems Inc. has renewed its 51,000-square-foot lease at the Tech Central office park in Boxborough.
The network security firm’s corporate headquarters occupies the first and second floors of 80 Central St. in the park.
The lease takes up about a third of the 149,528-square-foot, 22-year-old building, which is owned by California-based private equity real estate firm KBS Realty Advisors.
The building is just off Route 2 and Interstate 495.
KBS was represented in the transaction by Boston-based commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
