A new coworking location has opened in the Trolley Yard Plaza at 287 Grove St. in Worcester.
Operated as a partnership between Luxembourg-based Regus Group and Webster-based Galaxy Development, the 15,000-square-foot facility opened on Thursday after an eight-month buildout, according to a Wednesday press release from Regus.
Featuring three conference rooms and 75 private offices, the site is located on the second floor of a building in the plaza containing XGolf and a recruitment center for Amazon. Other businesses in the Galaxy-owned plaza include Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle, and Starbucks.
Office space rentals at the 287 Grove St. location begin at $399 per month, according to Regus’ website.
Regus has more than 4,000 coworking locations worldwide, including a site in the Guaranty Building at 370 Main St. The two Regus locations join Venture X Worcester and WorcLab Incubator & Coworking space as other coworking spaces in the city.
