Memphis, Tenn.-based Youth Villages has leased 3,336 square feet of office space at 324 Grove St. in Worcester.
The nonprofit company, which specializes in youth counseling, has locations in Woburn and Lawrence and is expanding into the Worcester area.
The building at 324 Grove St. is owned by Cutler Management of Worcester. The 32,000-square foot office building is also home to Ameriprise Financial, a Keller Williams realty office and several other tenants.
The lease was brokered by Worcester firm Glickman Kovago & Co.
Through the state Department of Children and Families and the state Department of Mental Health, Youth Villages provides mental health services designed to help troubled children and their families “live together successfully.”
