Marlborough-based Copiun Inc., which makes mobile collaboration software for workplaces, has been acquired by California-based Good Technology.
The terms of the deal, which is subject to closing conditions, were not disclosed.
Copiun, which has approximately 30 employees, will become a division of Good Technology. Copiun’s employees will become Good Technology employees, and co-founder Puneesh Chaudhry will join Good Technology’s leadership team and oversee the TrustedShare product line.
The two companies have worked together before. Good Technology’s collaboration product, Good Dynamics, integrates with Copiun’s file-sharing and data-syncing system, called Copiun TrustedShare.
Copiun received the final tranche of a $5 million venture round this spring, which Chaudhry said would be used to gain traction in the market.
