Construction firm relocates
Lane Construction Corp. has paid $5.8 million for a 70,000-square-foot office building in Cheshire and plans to relocate its headquarters there from Meriden, according to Colliers Dow & Condon. The new building is a class A office space at 90 Fieldstone Court, and was most recently owned by LNR Partners Inc. Lane is one of the largest construction firms in the country, and specializes in roads and other transportation construction.
