A 450,800-square-foot warehouse in Uxbridge at 139 Campanelli Drive in Uxbridge is complete, according to Boston-based developer The Seyon Group.
Seyon purchased the property in 2021 for $18 million. Braintree-headquartered Campanelli Construction built the new project as general contractor. New York-based real estate giant Newmark is handling leasing for the warehouse.
The warehouse is part of a boom in industrial properties along the Route 146 corridor south of Worcester.
The Seyon Group was founded in 2017 and focuses on East Coast industrial properties. It has a portfolio of more than 40 properties totaling more than 5.5 million square feet, according to the company’s website.
In December, Seyon purchased a 275,620-square-foot warehouse in Lancaster from an affiliate of The Kraft Group in Foxborough for $48 million. UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group, which is a joint venture including Worcester's Rand-Whitney Container, a subsidiary of The Kraft Group, is the tenant of that facility.
