A nearly 9,000-square-foot multi-tenant commercial building in Hudson has sold for nearly $1.4 million.
The two-story building at 561 Main St. was bought by a limited liability corporation registered to Krystal Frias of the same address as the site. It was sold by a firm registered to Francis Murphy of Westborough.
The sale closed March 27.
Frias is the president of the construction firm K.L.S. Concrete, Inc., which is headquartered about four miles away on Central Street in Hudson, according to filings with the Massachusetts Secretary of State.
The site's tenants include Ronex Auto Repair, the cigar shop Rolling Stogies and R&L Automotive. The building was constructed in 1997, and the site was last assessed by the Town of Hudson at $683,000.
