Concentric Energy Advisors of Marlboro managed the sale of a New Jersey power plant by a subsidiary of Pepco Holdings to RC Cape May Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Rockland Capital Energy Investments LLC. The plant is a 447-megawatt generating station.
The sale received approval from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
