Commonwealth Names CPA, JD To Board

CNB Financial Corp., the parent company of Worcester-based Commonwealth National Bank, has named Paula A. Aiello and Thomas J. Wickstrom to its board of directors.
Both Aiello and Wickstrom have been members of the bank's advisory board. Wickstrom, of Whitinsville, is its current chairman.
Aiello, a CPA who lives in Shrewsbury, is vice president of administration for Youth Opportunities Upheld Inc. of Worcester. Wickstrom is a partner at Tashjian, Simsarian & Wickstrom, a law firm with offices in Worcester, Whitinsville and Grafton.
