Worcester real estate firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs announced Tuesday commercial and industrial broker Matthew Mayrand has joined the firm.
“The improving economy and outlook for commercial real estate market continue to create new opportunities for our clients, and Matt adds an exciting dimension of experience and market connectivity to our business,” said James Glickman, principal, in a statement.
According to the firm, Mayrand has more than 13 years of experience and will focus on commercial real estate with emphasis on tenant representation and investment real estate. He joins NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs from Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates of Worcester. Prior to real estate, Mayrand worked in sales and marketing roles for advertising and technology companies.
He is a 2011 Worcester Business Journal 40 Under Forty alumnus, graduate of Clark University and member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce.
Correction: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that Mayrand was a lawyer. He is a broker. It also did not include the full company name of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs that was changed last September.
