Fallon Community Health Plan of Worcester has appointed Richard C. Commander as vice president of operations.
Commander will oversee service operations for the health plan, including enrollment, billing, claims administration and customer service.
Before moving to FCHP, Commander served for more than 30 years, working in the operations and information technology areas.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in business administration from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
A Vietnam veteran, Commander lives in Marshfield with his wife, Kathy. They have three sons in the Greater Boston area.
