Columbia Tech Rents Westborough Space

Columbia Electrical Contractors, a division of the Worcester-based Coghlin Cos. that does business as Columbia Tech, signed an agreement to lease 30,000 square feet of space at 53 Otis St. in Westborough.
Landlord D&S Realty was represented in the transaction by O'Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough.
Columbia Tech had leased the space previously but moved out to explore other options, then decided to lease the Otis Street property again, according to David Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties. Columbia will be leasing the entire building.
Clarification: An earlier version of this story did not reference that Columbia Electrical Contractors does business as Columbia Tech, a division of the Coghlin Cos.
