Savers Bank of Southbridge has hired Terri Colognesi as human resource manager.
Colognesi previously served as HR director at Incom in Southbridge.
She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and received her bachelor’s degree from Westfield State and her master’s in education in industrial psychology from Springfield College.
Savers is a $365 million bank with five locations in Southbridge, Auburn, Charlton, Grafton, Sturbridge and Uxbridge.
