Marlborough collection agency American Profit Recovery has hired Lindsay Thayer and Samantha Dexter as customer service representatives.
The two new hires will handle customer inquiries, train new clients on the company’s systems and make sure clients’ needs are being met.
Thayer is a Norfolk resident, while Dexter lives in Framingham.
