Cognitronics finalizes reincorporation in Delaware

Marlboro-based Cognitronics Corp. announced that it has completed its reincorporation in Delaware and changed the company’s name to ThinkEngine Networks Inc.

Effective January 4, the company will change its AMEX ticker symbol to THN, replacing the previous CGN symbol.  Mike Mitchell, president and CEO of  ThinkEngine Networks, says the name change better represents the company’s offerings, which includes conferencing software and media servers. 

“Unifying our company, customer base, and name further allows us to leverage our longstanding customer relationships and attack the market with increasing focus,” said Mitchell. 

Cognitronics completed its acquisition of ThinkEngine Networks in November of 2005.
