Natick-based Cognex Corp. promoted long-time company employee Justin Testa to executive vice president.
Previously, Testa was group business manager of the company’s Modular Vision Systems Divison. Testa started with the company in 1983 as a sales engineer.
Earlier this week, Cognex reported respective first quarter revenue and profit increases of 19 percent and 84 percent over the same time last year. The company makes machine vision sensors used in assembly lines, manufacturing and other applications.
