A 458,681-square-foot warehouse building at 111 Adams St. in Clinton sold for $49.3 million on Friday, as part of a larger deal to Florida real estate investment firm Westbrook Partners.
The seller was Albany Road Real Estate Partners, a national real estate firm with an office in Boston,. It purchased the property in 2019 for $24 million.
The property hosts Bunzl Distribution of St. Louis, and Hollingsworth & Vose of Walpole.
The property is assessed by the Town of Clinton for $18.5 million.
The Adams Street property is listed on Albany Road’s website as part of a portfolio. The other part of that portfolio was a 100,000-square-foot industrial building in Tyngsborough at 65 Middlesex Road. That property also sold on Friday for $12.2 million, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.
