Clinton Savings Bank has promoted Scott A. Youlden, Kristin E. Zirkel, Lynne G. McCormack, William M. Keyles, Sharon L. Ettinger and Kristen M. Meyer.
Youlden is now vice president and IT officer. In this role, he is responsible for all the bank's technology and information systems. He joined the bank three years ago as IT manager.
Zirkel was promoted to assistant vice president and marketing officer. She joined Clinton Savings as a marketing specialist in 2006 and became a marketing communications officer the following year. In her new role, she will add supervisory duties to her job description.
McCormack, who joined the bank in 2008 as an executive assistant, was promoted to administrative officer. In her new position, she will provide support to the president and CEO and the board of directors, coordinate meetings and events, record minutes and serve as a liaison to board members.
Keyles is now a training and development officer for the bank, handling all training functions. He has been with the bank since 2007, working as the training and development manager.
Ettinger was promoted to senior retirement account specialist. She has been with the bank since 2004, holding positions including senior teller and retirement account/compliance specialist. In her new role, she will manage all the bank's IRA accounts.
Meyer, who started at the bank as a teller in 2001, is now an assistant vice president. In her new position, she will manage the Berlin and Bolton branches. She previously served as assistant manager at the Clinton branch and branch manager in Berlin.
