Clinton Savings Bank’s CFO named executive vice president

Clinton Savings Bank has promoted its senior vice president, finance chief and treasurer Richard Hayward, Jr. to executive vice president.

Hayward, a 2013 40 Under Forty winner in 2013, will continue to act as CFO and treasurer.

In the expanded role, he’s responsible for all fiscal operations including finance, accounting, insurance, investments, budgets, regulatory agency and government reports and safeguarding the bank’s assets.

Hayward joined the bank’s senior management team in 2011 and has been a key contributor to the bank’s growth, President and CEO Robert Paulhus, Jr. said in a press release.

Prior to joining the bank, Hayward was the vice president of finance at Digital Federal Credit Union in Marlborough for seven years.
