After a recent reorganization to split ownership between the Clemence and Hardy families, the Hyde Group of Southbridge has named Richard R. Clemence chairman, Richard M. (Rick) Clemence CEO and Robert Scoble president and CEO of Hyde Tools Inc.
The Hyde Group consists of Hyde Tools and Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions-both of Southbridge-and A. Richard Tools of Quebec.
Richard R. Clemence has worked for Hyde Group since 1962. He lives in Southbridge with his wife Patricia B. Clemence and serves on the Savers Bank Board of Directors and the Harrington Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees.
Rick Clemence has worked for the company for more than 15 years. In 2003, he became president of Hyde Tools, where he ran a brand growth program and introduced new products. He lives in Southbridge.
Scoble joined the Hyde Group in 2005 as vice president of sales and marketing for Hyde Tools. In 2009, he became executive vice president and COO.
He lives in Sturbridge.
