ClearCom IT Solutions, an information technology company, has left its longtime Leicester home to expand into new space in Sturbridge.
The move gives ClearCom more than 50 percent more space than before, with 3,500 square feet at 49 Main St. The move will help the company expand into Northeastern Connecticut, it said in announcing the move Tuesday.
ClearCom had been in Leicester since opening in 2005.
“One of the reasons for the success is because of our company culture. Employees are excited to be part of a fast-paced and fun environment, and their excitement crosses over to our customers," President Rob Cleary said in a statement. "We’re proud that 100 percent of our contracts have been renewed. Our expansion has afforded us the opportunity to take on more than 25 new clients."
The company provides IT services mainly to small- and medium-sized businesses that wouldn't have such services in-house.
