The Worcester-based Clark University Graduate School of Management has appointed a consultant who thinks the arts can improve business to be the school’s executive-in-residence.
In the role, Ted Buswick, who has held several executive positions at the Boston Consulting Group, will focus on leadership and the arts. Buswick has also taught at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School and Fitchburg State College.
Buswick is the author of books on how the arts can improve business and poetry and business. He is the author of a forthcoming book on the effects of poetry on strategic thinking and decision-making.
Buswick will devote 40 percent of his time to Clark.
