Clark University of Worcester has appointed Don Honeman as dean of admissions and financial aid. Most recently, Honeman was associate vice chancellor for enrollment management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
While at UMass he headed the offices of admissions, financial aid, registrar, transfer affairs, the university enrollment center and the academic resources center.
He also worked for 16 years at the University of Vermont where he led the university's undergraduate admissions and financial aid and scholarship programs.
A resident of Providence, R.I., Honeman is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia and has a master's degree in higher education administration from George Washington University. In 2005 he was elected a trustee of the College Board, a nonprofit organization best known for its SAT, PSAT and advanced placement programs.
