The nearly 17,000-square-foot building at 188 Concord St. will continue to house the Massachusetts Parole Board Region 9 office, add a new 911 dispatch location, and reopen a clinic at the location, according to local news outlet Framingham Source, which first reported on the sale.

The seller was 188 Concord St. LLC of Boston, registered to George Haddad, who bought the property in 2008 for $1.55 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.

The property is assessed by the City of Framingham for $1.84 million.
