Citizens Bank has hired Robert Franklin as mortgage sales manager for Western Massachusetts, including Worcester County.
Franklin will work from a Worcester office, originating both conventional and government home loans. He has worked in the mortgage industry for 12 years, most recently as a vice president home loans manager at Bank of America Home Loans.
Franklin has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He lives in Worcester.
