After purchasing CISCO’s Boxborough campus for $10.5 million in July, Braintree developer Campanelli said on Thursday it plans to convert the space into a business park, making it the company’s 16th business park in Massachusetts.
Rebranded as The Park at Beaver Brook, the space includes 409,000 square feet of existing office space from the three-building campus, which housed California tech firm CISCO for 18 years, according to a press release from Newmark Group, Inc. in Boston, who will lead the project’s leasing efforts.
The property includes up to 1 million square feet of new development potential across 110 acres, per the release.
In Central Massachusetts, Campanelli also owns business parks in Bellingham and Uxbridge. The company sold a 65-acre parcel of its Uxbridge park for $18.5 million in October.
