California tech conglomerate CISCO sold its Boxborough campus for $10.5 million to a real estate and construction managing company, Campanelli and Trigate, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The 409,000-square-foot property, located between Beaver Brook Road in Boxborough and Old Littleton Road in Harvard, was constructed in 2002 to house CISCO Systems’ Massachusetts headquarters.
The three-building campus sits on 350 acres of land, 110 of which are considered developable, according to a real estate listing for the property.
The sale closed on June 24. CISCO obtained the deeds for the property for $1 in 2002. The property at 500 Beaver Brook Road was last assessed by the Town of Boxborough at $22.6 million.
Campanelli is a major Massachusetts developer headquartered in Braintree, and Trigate Capital LLC is a Dallas-based real estate investment company.
