Q: How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?
A: Nothing I expected at all. But I always enjoyed helping customers, managing a team of employees, doing many different things daily and dealing with lots of money. This is a fun and ever-changing environment that doesn't get boring.
Q: How far is your commute to the office?
A: My commute is 10 minutes, which is a huge change from driving to Framingham every day for the last six years.
Q: What's the best way to keep your energy and motivation up when you're having a long day?
A: Keeping a sense of humor with our staff and our customers. Sometimes we all need a good laugh to lighten the day.
