A Hopkinton office park is almost at full occupancy after a local firm leased more than 13,000 square feet of office space.
Child care center Building Blocks Academy leased 7,500 square feet of space in the office part at 88 Elm St., according to SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston, which leased the properties. Children’s gymnastics studio Kartwheel Kids added a second location in the office park to expand its offerings to a wider range of age groups.
Sign Systems Solutions, a signage provider for healthcare, educational and corporate clients, also leased an office at 88 Elm St.
The park has one more suite available -- a traditional flex unit with 6,400 square feet of warehouse and office space, according to SVN. The five-building property is located on almost seven acres of land a couple hundred yards of off the I-495 on ramp.
