Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC purchased a 104,178-square-foot building on a 10-acre lot at 47 Old Webster Road in Oxford for $6.85 million.
The building is home to Wilson Language Training Corp., who was also the seller. Wilson Language has not given any indication it intends to leave the property
The deal was completed on Tuesday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. Neither buyer nor seller returned a request for comment.
Blue Vista is a real estate investment firm founded in 2002 in Chicago. The company serves institutional investors and specializes in student housing, middle-market equity, and real estate debt capital.
The property is assessed by the Town of Oxford for $3,534,400. Wilson Holdings LLC bought the property for $650,000 in 2004. Wilson Language bought the property from Wilson Holdings in February for $5,225,000.
