Chelmsford Office Space Sold For $7.3M

Scarborough, Maine-based RAM Management Co. purchased an office property at 10 Industrial Ave. in Chelmsford from Boston-based New Boston Fund for $7.3 million.
Jones Lang Lasalle, which represented the seller and procured the buyer, announced the deal Wednesday. However, the transaction closed in November 2009, according to land records.
The property at 10 Industrial Ave. totals 84,000 square feet. The single-story office building is 5 years old and is fully leased to the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. It's located off Route 129 and near Interstate 95.
