The McAuliffe Charter School has purchased a four-acre site in Framingham that will become the school’s new home in the fall of 2014.
The school paid $4.95 million to purchase the 135-139 Newbury St. property from Calarie Properties, according to Calarie’s broker, Parson Commercial Group.
The site has three buildings totaling more than 45,000 square feet. The flex buildings currently host several commercial tenants, said Parson spokeswoman Marilyn Santiago.
McAuliffe currently occupies a former Catholic school on Clinton Street.
