Charter opens new Worcester retail location

Charter Communications has opened a new retail store on Grafton Street in Worcester.

Charter Communications has opened a new retail store that the internet and television provider says will offer better services to its customers while consolidating two retail locations into one.
The new Charter Spectrum Store will be located at 867 Grafton St. in Worcester, replacing the locations at 95 Higgins St. and the 296 Providence Road location in Grafton.
The new retail space will allow hands-on demonstrations of Charter’s products, allow people to use the Spectrum TV App, watch informative tutorials on HDTV and watch live sports streaming on a 75 inch LED HDTV.
The location opens Feb. 22 and will operate with similar hours to the former locations, with the addition of Sunday hours.
