A Charlton gas station and Dunkin Donuts store has been sold for $2.6 million, according to Glickman Kovago & Co. of Worcester, which brokered the sale.
Thaddeus and Susan Mroczkowski of Charlton sold the station, located at 28 Worcester Rd., to a Worcester business run by Tarek and Hassan Yatim.
According to Glickman Kovago, the Mroczkowskis, who own Ted’s Charlton City Package Store, across the street from the gas station, are in the process of redeveloping the block and plan to open a new 13,000-square-foot liquor and convenience store.
The Yatims own a number of gas stations in the region, the broker said.
