Charles River Medical Associates, a medical office network, has begun a lease at 1 Cabot Road in Hudson.
The lease was announced Monday by Parsons Commercial Group, a Framingham commercial real estate firm, which represented Charles River in its 5,000-square-foot lease. The office is expected to open in December, according to the firm.
Charles River has 15 offices in 10 communities: Ashland, Framingham, Holliston, Hudson, Marlborough, Millis, Natick, Northborough, Wellesley and Westborough. Two existing Hudson locations, at 101 Coolidge St. and 157 Washington St., will remain.
The Framingham firm provides primary care, urgent care and other services. Charles River joins an office building at 1 Cabot Road off Technology Drive near the intersection with Route 85.
