Robert T. Kalagher has retired from his position as president of Westborough-based Ross Mortgage Co. His son, Robert J. Kalagher, has taken over the role.
The father and son founded the company in 2001.
Ross Mortgage also announced the promotion of loan officer Mark DalBon to Leominster branch manager.
In addition to Westborough and Leominster, Ross Mortgage has offices in Woburn and Salem, N.H.
