A Worcester shopping center that houses a pharmacy and post office located at 381-395 Chandler St. has been sold to a Paxton man for $1.7 million, according to the buyer's representative.
Sheldon Katz of Worcester Commercial Properties in Worcester represented Anthony Greamo of Paxton in the purchase. The seller was Worcester Chandler LLC, which was represented by Jonathan Aron of Keypoint Partners Real Estate. Susan Nichols, of 7 Sunderland Dr. in Worcester is listed as the resident agent for Worcester Chandler LLC, according to the Massachusetts secretary of state's website.
The property includes a 4,200-square-foot Rite Aid Pharmacy and a 15,000-square-foot U.S. Post Office building.
