CFOs sitting tight

Nearly 85 percent of chief financial officers said they have not identified a successor for their positions, a survey of 1,400 CFOs around the nation by Robert Half Management Resources finds. The main reason: almost 75 percent of respondents claimed they had no intention of leaving their current positions any time soon. Following that was 12 percent of CFOs citing no qualified candidates working at their organization.
