Three Central Massachusetts wealth advisors have made Forbes magazine’s list of the top 200 wealth managers in the country.
Timothy Grime of Grimes & Company of Westborough was ranked 101st in the nation with $2 billion in assets under management, according to the Forbes list, Thomas Bartholomew of Bartholomew & Company, Inc., based in Worcester, was ranked 141 with $1.4 billion in assets under management, and Mark Winthrop of Westborough’s Winthrop Wealth Management/LPL was listed at 177th with $1.6 billion in assets managed.
The inaugural ranking of Forbes’ Top Wealth Advisors is based on an algorithm of qualitative and quantitative data, rating wealth advisors with a minimum of seven years of experience and weighing factors such as revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience, and best practices that were gathered through telephone and in-person interviews.
The list will be published in the Aug. 23 issue of Forbes magazine.
