The Central Massachusetts Convention and Visitors Bureau will move from Elm Street to a new 1,500 square-foot office at 91 Prescott St. in Worcester.
Worcester real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co. brokered the lease agreement between the Visitors Bureau and Commonwealth Management, the property’s owner.
The bureau’s former office at 30 Elm St. is about 1,200 square feet. Glickman Kovago brokers David Cohen and Jeff Borus represented both Commonwealth Management and the Visitors Bureau in the transaction.
