CDM Fitness Holdings, a Boston-based SBJ Capital portfolio company, announced on Tuesday that it had acquired three new Planet Fitness locations through a deal with Shane Poirier, CEO of Tristan Enterprises, LLC.
The new club locations are in Leominster, Keene, N.H., and Brattleboro, Vt.
This latest acquisition brings CDM Fitness’ portfolio up to 55 franchise locations, making it the largest Planet Fitness operator in New England.
The company now operates 39 franchise locations in Massachusetts, two in New Hampshire, 13 in Rhode Island, and one in Vermont, according to the release.
“After growing our Planet Fitness club count 40 percent in 2021 and reaching 55 clubs, our entire CDM team is as excited about the future as ever as we continue to grow CDM and the Planet Fitness brand in New England,” said CEO of CDM Fitness Holdings, Brian Kablik, in a written press release.
