CCR & UHY call off merger

Carlin, Charron & Rosen LLP, an accounting firm with offices in Westboro, has called off merger negotiations with UHY Advisors.
UHY is the 14th largest professional services firm in the U.S.
According to Robert H. Charron, managing partner of CCR, the two companies couldn't complete the due diligence process "to the satisfaction of all involved."
Both companies said merger negotiations and the decision to go their separate ways were amicable.
CCR has offices in Boston, Westboro, Glastonbury, Conn., and Providence R.I.
