CBRE Grossman Retail Advisors is merging operations with commercial real estate services company CBRE New England, CBRE announced Tuesday.
According to a statement from Boston-based CBRE New England, operations at CBRE Grossman Retail Advisors will be unchanged from how they have been conducted for more than five years. Jeremy Grossman will continue to lead the urban and agency side of retail pursuits, and Kevin Higgins will continue to lead national and tenant representation pursuits.
CBRE Grossman Retail Advisors of Boston was formed in 2009.
“Working closely with all of the talent at CBRE/NE has catapulted us to this level, so this move can only strengthen and enhance our client relations in the future,” Jeremy Grossman said in the statement.
“Building and enhancing CBRE/NE’s retail business is an integral part of our long-term strategic plan,” CBRE New England CFO and Co-Managing Partner Kevin Doyle said in the statement. “These movements further unify our focus on client retention and future pursuits.”
CBRE New England, a joint venture with CBRE Group, has offices in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire.
