Local entrepreneur Kevin Labadini sold both of his car wash locations to a Canton-based car wash company, with the two sales totaling $4.75 million, according to the registries of deeds.
Labadini sold the site of Clean & Green Car Wash and Detailing Center in Marlborough for $3 million, according to the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds; and, in a separate sale, the Clean & Green site at 420 Hartford Turnpike in Shrewsbury for $1.75 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
According to Clean & Green’s website, those were the only two locations of the business.
Both sites were sold to Joseph, Nir, and Ronen Drory, co-owners of Prestige Car Wash & Gas in Canton, in separate deals which closed Tuesday.
The Drorys own a car wash in Canton, which is nearly 4.5 acres and includes a gas station. They have 13 other locations throughout the Greater Boston region, according to their website.
The Marlborough car wash is located on 1.36 acres at 335 Boston Post Road West. It was constructed in 2011 after Labadini received a permit to build in late 2009, according to the City of Marlborough assessors database. The property is now assessed by the City at $1.15 million.
The Shrewsbury location is a 6,800-square-foot facility assessed by the Town of Shrewsbury at $750,300. Labadini bought it in 2018 for $865,000.
